About the role
This is an early engineering role for someone who can move across product surface area without losing care for reliability. You will work on public event pages, checkout, ticket inventory, organizer dashboards, admission tools, analytics, and internal workflows.
Responsibilities
Ship production Django features across frontend, backend, and admin workflows.
Model ticketing, order, refund, check-in, and analytics behavior carefully.
Improve tests, deployment safety, observability, and operational tooling.
Work directly from organizer feedback to product decisions and implementation.
Qualifications
Strong experience building web applications with Python and Django.
Comfort with relational data modeling, APIs, testing, and cloud deployment.
Product judgment and willingness to own ambiguous early-stage problems.
Clear communication when tradeoffs affect customers, money, or event-day operations.
